Alderman Kok of the municipality of Oudewater agrees that Woerden and Oudewater need relationship therapy. “Then you plan to continue doing it, but better than before.” Mariëtte Pennarts, councilor in Woerden, believes that the two municipalities should have a good talk: “And perhaps look each other very deeply into the eyes to see whether this is a sustainable way of working.”
