(Finance) – Il La Triveneta Cavi Group announces the start of a new and strategic path that will lead the iconic Italian company to enter Nexansa world leading group in the design and production of cable systems and services in four main business areas: Power Generation & Transmission, Distribution, Usage and Industry & Solutions.
Triveneta Cavi which, with Veneta Trafili, to date it employs 700 people in 4 sites and generates approximately 800 million euros in turnover, it will therefore become part of a group that will leverage its integrated business model and proven integration capabilities to accelerate the growth of the Italian company in the construction cables, fireproof materials and renewable energy sectors.
Finint BankWhich financial advisor, was the originator of this operation together with the law firm Albarello Spazzini & Associati, providing assistance along the M&A process which led to the definition of the agreement signed today and in which the lawyers Antonio and Alberto Albarello collaborated, as well as Patrizia Spazzini who assisted the shareholders, the law firm Giovannelli e Associati which handled the technical aspects of the deal and BDO which carried out the vendor due diligence.
With this agreement, on the one hand Nexans strengthens its role in Europe, on the other Triveneta Cavi enters a group that will guarantee new life to its activity which over time has led it to establish itself as a widely recognized player on the market, with a long tradition of innovation and leading industrial platforms combined with a strong track record in its production areas.
