The 25-year-old Anniek Smulders played in Utrecht for DVSU and Sporting’70 and for Saestum in Zeist. “I was born and raised in Utrecht. When I’m standing in my backyard, I can hear the cheering of the supporters in Stadium Galgenwaard,” she says. “It is a long-cherished dream for me to come true for FC Utrecht Women.”
