The defendants Oumar Sylla “alias” Foniké Mengué, the national coordinator of the movement and Ibrahima Diallo, the head of operations of the FNDC, were Friday, June 9, for the second consecutive day at the bar, to listen to the indictment of the prosecutor and the pleadings of the defense lawyers. They are tried for acts of criminal participation in a crowd, complicity in the destruction of public and private property, complicity in intentional assault and fire, during the demonstration of July 28th.
