(Finance) – The board of directors of Trevia company specializing in special foundations and land consolidations, approved the co-optation of Paolo Besozzi as independent director and non-executive of the company, replacing the outgoing Pierpaolo Di Stefano.
Besozzi will remain in office until the next meetingreads a note.
