Tre Kronor’s super mockery of the Finnish SHL star after the wonderful World Cup win – the big play: “Then we laughed”

Sweden won against worst rival Finland.
Afterwards, the Tre Kronor players were mocking SHL star Emil Larmi.
– We laughed a little after each goal, says Rasmus Sandin.

Sweden has a super record against Finland in the championship context, and the streak lives on after a big drama on Monday night. Frölunda’s star goalkeeper Lasse Johansson guarded Sweden’s goal, and he did brilliantly, conceding only one goal in 60 minutes of play.

The giant mockery of the goalkeeper

So did Finland’s star goalkeeper Emil Larmi, who recently became a great golden hero for Växjö in the SHL. But in the penalty shootout, the Finn did not have much to oppose. Henrik Tömmernes, Frölunda’s new star acquisition, scored a goal, and Detroit Red Wings star Lucas Raymond scored two and thus became the big match hero.

Afterwards, the Tre Kronor players couldn’t help but mock Finland’s star goalkeeper.

– Those who imposed the penalties seemed to have read Larmi. It was fun to watch. We sat on the bench and laughed a little after each goal. It was fun to see, says Rasmus Sandin to Aftonbladet.

“Very easy”

Rasmus Sandin even believed that he could have gone out and scored a penalty, as weak as the goalkeeping effort was.

– It looked very easy. Almost so that I could have scored a goal on him myself! Dude, they did well, he says.

Emil Larmi was disappointed afterwards, but said that now it’s just a matter of getting up and moving on.

– I’ve felt better, that’s for sure, he says afterwards.
