TraWell cessation of trading on the OTCQX market

(Finance) – TraWella global reference company in protection services, baggage storage, products and ancillary services for travellers, announces that the Board of Directors, meeting today, has resolved to voluntarily terminate trading of its ordinary shares on the OTCQX market in the United States United.

The decision is in line with the Company’s strategic objectives of simplifying operations and consequently limiting its listing to Euronext Growth Milan only, managed by Borsa Italiana.

Listing on the OTCQX market will end on December 31st. At the end of this period, Trawell Co. shares will no longer be tradable on the OTCQX market, while they will continue to be traded on the Italian Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TWL.

The choice, explains a note, aims to improve the operational efficiency of Trawell Co. and reduce the costs associated with the dual listing, and the Company remains fully committed to an open and frequent dialogue with American investors. Shareholders currently active on the OTCQX market are invited to consult their financial advisors for guidance on the transition and options for trading on the Italian Stock Exchange. Trawell Co. will continue to create value for its shareholders and provide baggage protection services for travelers.
