With the claim “The integration that simplifies the journey”, the project makes travel for travelers to reach stations, offices, hotels and places of interest more integrated and sustainable.
In detail, the two companies have developed a innovative integrated mobility service which provides for the possibility of requesting a taxi with Wetaxi on the Trenitalia website at the same time as purchasing Frecce, Intercity and Intercity Night tickets or directly from the train through the Frecce Portal. In just a few clicks, Frecce and Intercity passengers can easily plan their itineraries and travel from their doorstep to their final destination, also accumulating points of the CartaFreccia program. The service is available to all Trenitalia passengers traveling to and from Rome, Milan, Naples and Turin with Frecce and Intercity. In the coming months, the two companies intend to extend the coverage of the service to the whole of Italy by continuing to innovate the service offered.
