(Finance) – They were released today 24,322 new transport bonuses. There platform digital dedicated to the bonus was reopened at 8.00 to allow citizens to proceed with the request for the ticket using the residues generated by the failure to use those requested in August 2023. At the time of the reopening, the residual funds amounted to 1,395,915 euros. Sold out – in just over an hour – the budget available, the platform has been deactivated again for the request part of new bonuses.
This is what a press release informs Ministry of Labor and Social Policies. Thus, the number of bonuses issued in less than five months rose to 1,923,420 for a value of 96,767,101.81 euros. “A great result for the Government measure – continues the note –, particularly appreciated by the younger audience (56% of the beneficiaries are under 30)”.
The total of 984 companies exhibitors public transport on the national territory for which at least one bonus has been issued. At the top of the top 20 of transport companies for which it was possible to request the Transport Bonus there is Trenitalia Spa with 374,260 vouchers issued.
