(Finance) – The best bidder, the team, was identified today UnicreditHines and Prelios, for the sale of the disused Farini and San Cristoforo railway yards announced by FS Sistemi Urbani, the lead company of the Urban Center of the FS Italiane Group. The expected price of the selected offer amounts to 500 million euros. The agreement was born with the aim of redevelop the former Farini, Porta Romana, Porta Genova, Greco-Breda, Lambrate, Rogoredo and San Cristoforo railway yards with a view to urban mending and allocating green spaces for aggregation for citizens for more than half of their total surface area.
