During his breaks at work, he has to rush to eat all his food. “When I’m training for a competition, I usually eat 7,000 or 8,000 calories a day. And that can’t just be junk food, it has to be rice, potatoes, pasta, red meat, chicken and eggs. It doesn’t matter, as long as it’s healthy.”
