Erica Erlandsson has reported what happened on the train to the Discrimination Ombudsman, DO. She is upset and says that an employee at Skånetrafiken has questioned whether her sons are Swedes.

It was in mid-March that Erica Erlandsson and her triplets Kevin, William and Melvin traveled on the train from Skurup to Malmö.
The three boys are in their second year of high school and when they were to show their school cards, the train attendant asked if their last name was Erlandsson and added “as you look”.
This is stated in Regions Skåne’s statement to the Discrimination Ombudsman.
The incident on the train is being investigated
Erica Erlandsson is surprised by what happened on the train.
– That this will happen in 2022. My sons were born in Sweden and have me as a mother. I am adopted, she says.
Skånetrafiken tells SVT Nyheter Skåne that they take this seriously and that the incident is being investigated. The company also states that they have apologized afterwards.
The train host later regretted his statement and said that it had been very cheating among young people.
