At the end of the first season, Daryl had to make the most difficult decision of his life: Should he sail back to America to be with his loved ones, leaving Laurent (Louis Puech Scigliuzzi) and Isabelle (Clémence Poésy) behind? He decided to become the father of the boy wonder. to stay in France and continue the fight against Madame Genet and her horde of super zombies.
In season 2, The Walking Dead spin-off is now being expanded to include another narrative layer. If Daryl doesn’t return home, his best friend Carol will have to come to him – even if an entire ocean separates them.
After Carol first investigates Daryl’s disappearance in Maine, she will eventually travel to France herself in the course of the new episodes to find him. However, she will not travel by ship across the Atlantic to Europe.

The Walking Dead fans can look forward to plenty of breathtaking locations in Season 2 of the Daryl series. Season 1 took Daryl across post-apocalyptic France, to the coast of Marseille, under the Eiffel Tower in Paris and finally to the monastery bastion of Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 2 will start in the USA on September 29, 2024 on AMC. In this country, however, zombie fans do not have to wait long. In Germany, the new episodes are already starting on September 30, 2024 on Magenta TVThe new season again includes six episodes, which are released weekly.
