As the current film year draws to a close, Netflix announces its reboots for January 2023. Among them is the science fiction film Jung_E: Memory of War, which will appear on the streaming service’s platform in just a few weeks. The first trailer definitely piques our curiosity.
Junge_E: Memory of War takes you to a dystopian world. In the 22nd century, due to climate change, the earth has become all but uninhabitable. Fear and chaos reign as humanity retreats into containment facilities. But then a war breaks outcausing even more destruction and suffering.
Sci-Fi highlight on Netflix: First trailer for Junge_E
Jung_E – Trailer (English) HD
At the center of the story is the clone of the warrior Jung_E (Hyun-joo Kim), who is tasked with restoring order. The first moving images are very reminiscent of Ghost in the Shell and leave one stylish and action-packed sci-fi adventure expect. The director and screenwriter of the film is also exciting: Sang-ho Yeon already inspired us with his zombie hit Train to Busan.
Jung_E: Memorial of War will be released on January 20, 2023 at Netflix.
