Police investigate sudden death in Brant County

Chatham-Kent police and OPP set up a RIDE program in the area of ​​Erieau.

A citizen called 911 and provided the information of the vehicle, police said. The vehicle was located in a parking lot of a local business.

The driver was charged with operation while impaired and having over the legal blood-alcohol limit, and was later released with a court date.

Uttering threats

On Pine Street, in Chatham, a man allegedly made threats to a resident in their building heard by other tenants, police said.

The man was located and arrested. He was charged with uttering threats and released with a short date.
