A 41-year-old Hamilton man is facing charge after Brant OPP stopped a vehicle just after 12:30 am on Dec. 18 on Highway 403.
Police said they were investigating a traffic complaint.
The man is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs and with having a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Police urge residents to call 911 to report someone suspected of impaired driving or someone who is about to drive while impaired.
