Between March and April, retail sales volume, sales at constant prices, increased by 0.4 percent.
Measured in current prices, retail sales increased by 7.0 per cent in April compared with the corresponding month in 2021. Grocery trade increased by 12.0 per cent and non-durable goods trade increased by 3.8 per cent.
Sales volume data are adjusted for calendar effects and, for the comparison between April and March, seasonal variations. The figures for the grocery trade are exclusive of Systembolaget.
