TPS defeated Nokia in overtime with 4–3 goals and took a 1–0 lead in the match series. Oilers defeated Happe in the bronze game.

Nokia’s KrP and Turku’s TPS, who are chasing their first SM gold, met in the first final match of the floorball men’s F-League.

The scorer of the even match was the score leader of the playoffs with 17+10 Miko Kailiala, who scored the 4–3 deciding goal in overtime after 21 seconds. Kailiala had failed in the penalty shootout in the second period, when the situation was 3-2 for TPS.

In the second set, TPS woke up. The goal king of the regular season Mikko Hautaniemi brought the people of Turku to the level with superiority. Tuomas Ojala led the TPS and Ville Hirvisuo pushed the numbers to 3–1 just over a minute after Ojala’s goal.
