One person has been taken to hospital by ambulance after the accident which occurred at 12.30pm. An ambulance helicopter was also called to the scene, but it never had to load a patient, according to SOS.
According to the emergency services, it must be a head-on collision. Two people were involved in the accident. It is currently unclear whether anyone is seriously injured.
The road is completely closed during the rescue work. According to the Swedish Transport Administration, it is expected to be closed until 14.15.
