(Finance) – Nicola Ciccarelli was elected president of Fontur, the Supplementary Health Care Fund which operates to support employees of companies associated with Aica and Federturismo. The election took place on the sidelines of the Fontur members’ meeting, which took place on January 31st.
President of the Swadeshi Hotels group and of Club 41 Italia, vice-president of Confindustria Alberghi, Ciccarelli was elected unanimously. “I will make my experience and commitment in the hotel and tourism sector available to the Fund”, the words of the new president. “There is a lot of work to do to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves and to continue to provide the workers of our member companies with the best solutions for integrative healthcare.”
Fontur is a supplementary healthcare tool for workers of companies associated with Aica and Federturismo. The Fund is committed to guaranteeing quality supplementary healthcare treatments, going beyond the services ensured by the National Health Service. Its main objective is to improve working conditions in the sector, while maintaining a controlled impact on labor costs, thanks to subsidized schemes provided for healthcare funds. The fund’s member companies include Aica, Federturismo, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil.
