Province of Utrecht – RTV Utrecht takes you on a tour through the halls and swimming pools on Saturday evening and Sunday. Where various teams compete for the main prizes.

Handball, men’s premier league:
DFS Arnhem – The Dome/Houten: 25-45

The Dome/Houten leads the Eredivisie with 45 points. Number two Quintus has three points less. Five more rounds are scheduled.

Volleyball, losers group eredivisie men:

Houses – Taurus: 3-1 (25-21, 25-27 ,25-19, 25-20)

Taurus has left the premier league with a defeat. The residents of Houten went to visit Huizen down. Taurus has become penultimate in the relegation group of the Eredivisie.

Volleyball, women’s championship pool:

VV Utrecht – Sudosa Desto: 3-2 (25-15, 18-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-9)

It was the last game of the regular competition for VV Utrecht. The volleyball players from Utrecht finished second behind Sneek. A best-of-five will now be played against that team for the national title. Sneek has the home advantage in this, they start with a home game.

Water polo, men’s premier league:

De Linge/PCG – AZC: 14-25
UZSC – ZPB Barendrecht: 15-16
ZPC Amersfoort – The Ravine: 15-16

UZSC finished fifth in the regular competition. The team from Utrecht enters the play-offs for the national title. The first hurdle for UZSC is AZC, number four in the Eredivisie.

For ZPC Amersfoort, the defeat against Het Ravijn is a disappointing one. With a win, the team from Amersfoort would also have qualified for the play-offs. ZPC Amersfoort finished ninth. De Linge / PCG from Leerdam has become pointless last. They return to first class.
