The Tudor, Totalenergies and UNO-X Mobility teams benefit from an invitation to participate in the Tour de France in July, the organizers announced on Monday, March 31, shortly after a change in the UCI regulation. The international cycling union indeed validated on Monday the participation of a 23rd team on the three major towers this year (Tour de France, Giro, Vuelta), allowing organizers to offer a third invitation to training their choice. On the big towers, the 18 World Tour teams (1st division) are automatically qualified. Two other invitations go to the two best -classified training in Proteams (second division), and now three invitations will be at the discretion of the organizers.
