The man, who was sentenced in the district court to eleven years in prison and deportation for, among other things, preparation for murder, is now also sentenced for two counts of incitement to murder and aggravated weapons offences. According to the court, he has, among other things, been behind a bombing attempt against an apartment. “A person who persuades someone to try to detonate a bomb with 2.2 kilos of dynamite on a balcony must understand that there is a considerable risk that people who are in the apartment next to the balcony are at risk of dying if the bomb explodes,” says Court of Appeal advisor Fredrik Johnsson in a press release.
