The police were called this evening to Sundbyberg after a soccer match degenerated.

People are said to have been fighting, shooting fireworks and throwing firecrackers.

Several police patrols are currently on site in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm.

Set fire to mattress

According to Aftonbladet’s experience, someone must have thrown a bengal on a pole vault mattress on the sports ground.

It is classified as damage by fire, the police write on their website.

The police are currently emptying the sports ground of people. It is currently unclear whether anyone is in custody or suspected of a crime.

It is also unclear if anyone was injured in connection with the events.
