Anders Torstensson, who led Mjällby during the 2021 autumn season, takes over the helm of the club again. Torstensson left Mjällby after securing a new Allsvenskan contract in autumn 2021.
“It is a great honor to once again be trusted to lead my parent club Mjällby AIF. The association continues to develop and I look forward to being part of this development and have as a personal goal to contribute to the continuity of the work for both and off the pitch,” Torstensson says according to the club’s website.
Before his stay at the club in 2021, Torstensson has been both assistant coach and head coach for Mjällby.
Mjällby’s former head coach Andreas Brännström was ready for AIK last week.
