The local residents, who are present at the reopening of the animal pasture, are happy to see it. “Oh, what a nice sight again,” someone shouts. “Finally some fun back in the neighborhood,” laughs another. According to a group of ladies, the neighborhood has certainly missed the animals. If you live in Galecop, they say, then the animal pasture is part of it. Traditionally, grandfathers and grandmothers take their grandchildren for a walk around the meadow. Dog walkers have also included saying hello to the goats in their rounds. “So you understand that we have been a bit unaccustomed over the past few months.”
