Tommy Myllymäki’s chicken in oven with saffron and lemon

Today’s dinner tip offers a smooth dinner with lots of flavor from the saffron, fried yellow onion, curry and peperoncini where the oven does most of the work. The drippings that collect in the form from when the chicken is cooked in the oven become an incredibly good sauce, delicious to eat with freshly cooked rice.
