The short course World Championships in Budapest will be held from 10 to 15 December 2024. broadcasts the events in Areena and TV2.
Tomas Koski swam a new Finnish record time in the preliminaries of the men’s 100m freestyle. The new SE time is recorded as 47.13. The time is three tenths faster than Ari-Pekka Liukkonen Finnish record held in the name.
There are still four heats to be swum, which will determine whether Koski will make it to the next round in time.
Veera Kivirinta will start her World Cup career in the preliminaries of the women’s 100-meter breaststroke, which will start at 10:52 a.m.
In Finnish terms, the morning part of the second day of competition is concluded by the preliminaries of the 4 x 50 meter medley relay, in which the Finnish team Ronny Brännkärr, Davin Lindholm, Laura Lahtinen and Fanny Teijonsalo.
