In Togo, the military court continues the hearing of the accused in the case of the assassination of Colonel Bitala Madjoulba, commander-in-chief of the first rapid intervention battalion. His body was found lying in his office on the morning of May 4, 2020. An investigation was opened and several people arrested. On the third day of this trial which opened on Monday October 23 at the military court, six defendants took the stand, all of whom clearly do not recognize the facts with which they are accused.
