Gürcan Karakaş also touched upon the competition with Chinese manufacturers in the interview. Stating that the first T10X export to Europe will take place at the end of the year, Karakaş announced that the company’s powerful model, also known as the 4×4 vehicle, will go on sale in the coming months. Stating that the work for the company’s latest model, the T10F, is continuing at full speed, Gürcan Karakaş said, “A vehicle that is higher than the ground but not an SUV but also sporty is waiting for us. Karakaş stated that they are meticulous in managing human resources processes as a long-term project. “Every engineer wants to have his fingerprints on such a project. We are a brand that will compete globally, but we do not have the time or energy to prepare our human resources for global competition. Therefore, we make sure that the engineers who come to us bring their experience with them and we focus on their desire to learn.” said. Drawing attention to the new factory investments made especially in Eastern Europe, Karakaş said, “There were difficulties in creating human resources there. But Türkiye is heaven in terms of human resources. We brought 33 engineers from abroad through reverse migration, but there is an incredible density of applications. We have over 400 thousand CVs. Among them, we often see candidates from other countries.” he said.
