(Finance) – The public takeover offer (OPA) volunteer by L Catterton on Tod’san Italian luxury maison listed on Euronext Milan, concerns 9,255,498 ordinary shares, representing the 27.968% of the capital social. At the beginning of February it was announced that the takeover bid concerned 36% of the capital, but in the meantime the fund purchased shares on the market.
The acceptance period for the offer, agreed with Borsa Italiana, will begin at 8.30 am (Italian time) on March 25, 2024 and will end at 5.30pm (Italian time) on 8 May 2024 (inclusive), unless extended.
