(Finance) – With reference to the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary on the actions of Tod’san Italian luxury house listed on Euronext Milan, the bidder announced that it has purchased 111,885 shares in the session of 27 February at a weighted average price of 43 euros. The transactions were carried out through JP Morgan Securities, it said in a statement.
It is specified that the purchase transactions were carried out at a unit price per Tod’s share not exceeding 43 eurosi.e. the consideration offered for each Tod’s share in the context of the takeover bid.
Following the purchases made today, L Catterton holds a total of 2,019,534 Tod’s shares, representing the 6.103% of the share capital of Tod’s.
