(Finance) – With reference to the voluntary public tender offer (OPA) totalitarian on the actions of Tod’san Italian luxury house listed on Euronext Milan, the bidder announced that it has purchased 23,398 shares in today’s session at a weighted average price of 42.999775 euros. The transactions were carried out through JP Morgan Securities, it said in a statement.
It is specified that the purchase operations were carried out at a price unit per share of Tod’s not exceeding 43 eurosi.e. the consideration offered for each Tod’s share in the context of the takeover bid.
Following the purchases made today, L Catterton is the owner of a total of 1,493,210 Tod’s shares, representing the 4.5121% of the share capital of Tod’s.
