To continue to receive these allowances do not forget to

As of February 1, a new approach becomes mandatory. This is a new amount that should be mentioned in your quarterly declarations for these two social benefits.

This year, many changes are being implemented, particularly with regard to certain price increases (motorways and tolls, electricity prices) and even administrative documents. From February 1, 2024, a modification becomes mandatory, and it may concern you.

In fact, since last July, a new line has appeared on pay slips. This is the net social amount, which will now be taken into account by the Caf to calculate the amount of two social benefits: the Rsa and the activity bonus. “This precise amount must be indicated during your quarterly declarations” specifies the Caf. This new measure aims above all to limit oversights or calculation errors and to simplify the procedures, since before this net social amount, beneficiaries had to deduct compulsory legal social contributions themselves.

Please note that the net social amount will also be visible on your benefit statements, including information such as unemployment insurance, daily sickness benefit, disability pension, etc. Finally, do not forget to declare other income which is not taken into account in the net social amount of your salary slip, in particular if you are the beneficiary of other pensions such as old age or disability pension, unemployment benefit, maternity or sickness benefits, alimony, etc. Therefore, the next declaration for the month of January to be made in February will have to take this new amount into account.
