The Utrecht Music School, also called DUMS, went bankrupt last summer. After a long period of financial mismanagement by the previous board, the music school had to close its doors. For example, the rent and energy bills were not paid for months. Since the bankruptcy, teachers have had to rent spaces themselves to teach.
