“From the prepared reports it appears, among other things, that Ahmed has on both occasions expressed himself inappropriately about staff. Among other things, he said ‘the idiot’ when the clients no longer have access to a laundry basket”, can be read in a decision that Nyheter24 has seen.
Despite a warning from the staff, Ahmed is said to have raised his voice. In questioning, he stated that he had “a tough period with many setbacks and that he feels humiliated and that his rights are restricted”.

Even before the turn of the year, several decisions were made regarding warnings regarding Tishko Ahmed’s behavior at the Hall institution. In December, the 26-year-old was warned three times after behaving in a threatening manner.
In one of the cases, according to the decisions, Ahmed is said to have called a female correctional officer a “whore”, while in another case he is said to have “shouted in a loud voice and was perceived as angry and threatening towards staff” when he was not allowed to use a DVD player .
On another occasion, according to the statement, he is said to have told a female correctional officer: “If I get a warning, you won’t have fun at work”. According to the Prison Service’s investigation, Ahmed is said to have said:
“If I get a warning and my leave is revoked, it won’t go well for you.”
