(Finance) – The Italian Sea Group (TISG), a global luxury yachting operator listed on Euronext Milan, announced that Filippo Menchelli has renounced to the role of member e president of the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Menchelli, what he will maintain the role of Chief Business Officermotivated his resignation with the need to concentrate exclusively on the business activities under his responsibility, due to the general corporate evolution and the important growth that the group has recorded since 2020.
The replacement is carried out by appointing, according to progressive order, people taken from the same list to which the resigning director belonged and who are still eligible. Menchelli should be replaced by Massimo Bianchi, who however has announced that he is not available to take on the role due to new commitments; therefore, the Board of Directors was convened for June 9th in order to proceed with co-optation of the new administrator and president.
