All frying pans and saucepans require special care to preserve their quality. The first rule to follow is to avoid scratches on the inside of the utensil as this will damage the coating and therefore its quality. To do this, we ban abrasive sponges, metal sponges or steel wool when cleaning your utensil. It also goes without saying that you do not cut with a knife directly in the pan.
