Tina Kunakey shows us how to wear summer sneakers

After Leni Klum and Iris Law, it is the model Tina Kunakey that Superga has chosen to embody the spring-summer 2023 collection. A campaign through which the top gives us a real lesson in style.

Superga offers itself a luxury ambassador. The Italian brand has just unveiled its new campaign. And she’s the model Tina Kunakey who takes on the role of muse, following Iris Law and Heidi Klum.

The star model of the season? Platform sneakers 2631 Stripe, pair with spring cargo pants and summer miniskirts. But also the Training 9TSmore sporty, or the 2730 Rope Organic Macrame, crocheted. And Tina Kunakey’s favorite pair is the 2570 Classic. “There 2750 goes with everything: I wear it with jeans and a fairly simple T-shirt as I dress everyday, but it also goes very well with a suit or a dress or shorts. I think these are the perfect trainers to wear dressy or casual“, declares Tina Kunakey. A great lesson in style.

Superga, a sustainable Italian brand

Launched in 1911 by Walter Martiny, the Superga brand takes its name from the Basilica of Superga, located on a hill in Turin. The label is the first in Italy to use rubber, invented by Charles Goodyear, for industrial use. It was fourteen years later that the famous model was born 2750. His particuliarity ? A vulcanized natural rubber sole, designed to tread the tennis courts that Walter Martiny’s wife particularly likes. Only the swallow tail logo is missing for the Superga legend to be created. A century later, the brand is comfortably established in the international fashion landscape. Acquired in 2007 for 23 million euros by BasicNet, the group that owns Kappa, K-Way and Sebago, the brand takes into account the sustainable issues of the time in its creative process. Recycled rubber, hemp and ecological cotton are now among the materials used by Superga in its products. A promising start.
