A man who is suspected of having ordered an explosion aimed at a rapper is also acquitted in the Court of Appeal. This is confirmed in a Court of Appeal judgment that was announced today.
The designated customer was initially suspected of being linked to an alias on the communication service Signal.
In its judgment, the Court of Appeal writes that it “shares the district court’s assessment that there are several circumstances which in themselves are troublesome for NN”. However, the Court of Appeal considers that the evidence is not sufficient to convict the man and therefore acquits him of the charges.
The man was convicted last spring along with four other men for involvement in bombings aimed at two well-known rappers in Stockholm. The events occurred at the same time as the first wave of violence moved in between the turn of the year 2022 and 2023. The explosions in question had connections to the conflict then going on between the Dalen network and the Foxtrot network.
