Kamala Harris has named her vice presidential candidate, according to information to several American media.
Four sources involved in the process state for CNN that the final choice ended up being Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
According to previous reports, it was between Walz and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.
First performance tonight
Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are expected to make their first joint appearance later tonight. According to sources, it is expected to be held at Temple University in Philadelphia at 11:30 p.m., Swedish time.
60-year-old Tim Walz has a background as a teacher and has served twelve years in Congress. He has also held a senior position in the US National Guard.
