(Finance) – TIM the organization of the so-called NetCo is launchedthe business unit that will be contributed to FiberCop upon closing of the fixed network transfer transaction to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), scheduled for summer 2024.
The business unit will include the fixed network infrastructure and buildings of relevance, of which he will be responsible for the management, the activity wholesale and the entire shareholding in the subsidiary Teleenergy. The division is made up of over 20 thousand peopleof which over 19 thousand already work in the Wholesale & Network sector, while approximately another 900 flow from the Staff functions by TIM.
Following the new organisation, the services component of the TIM group (ServCo) will employ a total of approximately 16,300 Full Tim Equivalents on December 1st corresponding to approximately 17,500 peopleand will include the component relating to mobile network.
