(Finance) – The proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Service (ISS) advised investors to TIM Of vote for the list of the Board of Directors in the next meeting of the shareholders, therefore in favor of another mandate for the CEO Pietro Labriola and the election of Alberta Figari as president.
The indication is therefore to vote against the lists presented by Merlyn, Asati and Blubell in the next meeting April 23.
