(Finance) – TIM and the trade union organisations, Slc Cgil, Fistel-Cisl, Uilcom-UIL, UGL Telecommunications have signed an agreement for the application of the Defensive Solidarity contract until 30 June 2025.
The agreement reached between the Group and the workers’ representatives on March 29th was ratified today at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and provides for the vertical reduction of working hours by a percentage equal to 13.84% for approximately 23 thousand employees of the Group and for the employees of the subsidiaries Noovle, Olivetti, Sparkle and Telecontact. For approximately 8,500 people, employed as field technicians and designers, the reduction in working hours will instead be 5%.
The company confirms the safeguarding of all employment positions for the duration of the solidarity contract and it also committed not to carry out unilateral actions on the entire employment perimeter net of the spin-off of the NetCo business unit and the decisions regarding Sparkle.
