TIM the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion starts again 400 partners

(Finance) – Starting next Thursday until November 14th fourth edition of the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusionthe largest event dedicated to inclusion, created by TIM, which this year sees around 400 partners including businesses, universities, associations and non-profit organizations involved, to promote the values ​​of inclusion and the individual right to diversity. The event will open with“Anatomy of inclusion” event, moderated by Monica D’Ascenzo, journalist from Il Sole 24Ore who will illustrate the news of the 2023 edition through the voices of the representatives of the partner companies. On the occasion of the inaugural day, institutional greetings will be held by Helena Dalli, European Commissioner for Equal Opportunities e Alessandra Locatelli, Minister for Disabilities. Among the main guests Pietro Labriola, CEO of TIM, Elena CeccoliniDiversity, Equity and Inclusion Operations Manager of Amazon Italy, Camilla Ferrara, Industrial & Energy Technology Europe/SSA Human Resources Director of Baker Hughes, Luciano SaleHR Director of Fincantieri, Paola AngelettiChief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo.

During the day, the testimonials on inclusion by Carlotta Bertotti, model and influencer, Valentina Tomirotti, journalist and activist expert on disability issues, Francesco Murano, influencer on stoma and disability, Dennis Murano, writer, human resources expert, Sara and Alessia Michielon of “Ruotelibere” and Dalila Bagnuli , feminist and content creator.

Even this year Ipsos will contribute to the event by carrying out research on inclusion issues within partner companies. The results will be presented by Nicola Neri (CEO Ipsos) on 12 October, on the occasion of the opening event of 4W4I.

Within the event TIM will be the protagonist of some initiatives: on 24 October with the event ‘Equality cannot wait’ there will be a focus on the centrality of this important goal. The appointment with Pietro Labriola and Azzurra Rinaldi, economist, writer and co-founder of Equonomics, will also be an opportunity to launch the new Women+ app and the collaboration between the TIM and DonneXStrada stores, projects that will be detailed in two dedicated days, respectively October 25th and November 10th.

On the occasion of the company event on 30 October, the insights carried out by the company will be presented Census on the topic of loneliness; Work Wide Women on the inaugural day, will launch “how much do you know about D&I”, a game on knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion issues, the results of which will be communicated during the final event, as well as the Meritocracy Forum report, which will make available of the partner companies the “Meritorg check” to measure the application of merit in the company.

During the marathon, there will be three intercompany days dedicated to specific themes: on 25 October the Gender Gap, with institutional greetings from the Honorable Pina Picierno, vice-president of the European Parliament and the participation, among others, of Lella Golfo, president of the Belisario Foundation, Chiara Bacilieri, Innovation manager of Lifeed, Cristina Tagliabue, director of La Svolta, Manuela Perrone, journalist Il Sole 24 Ore and Federica Spampinato, CEO of OEJ Agency, moderated by Monica D’Ascenzo; on 30 October the Solitude, with the institutional greetings of Andrea Abodi, minister for Sport and young people and the participation, among others, of Giorgio De Rita, general secretary of CENSIS, Barbara Strappato, director of the First Division of the Postal Police Service, Andrea Apostolo, person with disabilities and expert on diversity and inclusion issues, Don Ben Ambarus, director of Caritas Rome, Chiara Illiano, Hikikomori Italia association. Moderated by Valentina Dolciotti, director of DiverCity; on 7 November LGBT+, with the participation of Francesco Cicconetti, aka Meths, content creator and influencer, Anna Segre, poet and psychotherapist, and Cathy La Torre, lawyer and LGBT+ activist. Moderated by Igor Suran, director of PARKS.
