(Finance) – It was held today at the Mimit – Ministry of Business and Made in Italy a “technical” meeting on the theme of the single network of telecommunications, which the Meloni government aims to bring back under public control, and on the future of TIM.
Present number one of Vivendi, Arnaud de Puyfontainewho left the Ministry without making any statement, together with representatives of CDP and gods concerned ministries. Vivendi has a 24% majority stake in TIM and CDP holds about 10% of the capital.
The Minister Adolfo Urso he underlined the importance of functionality of the network and the safeguarding employment levels. Another meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday.
