(Finance) – TIM announces that Optics Bidco, a company controlled by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), in confirming its interest in the continuation of negotiations for the purchase of Sparkleasked to “be able to investigate until the end of January 2024 due diligence activities”, so as to have all the information necessary to formulate a final offer.
The request – we read in the note – will be subjected to examination by the TIM Board of Directors scheduled for December 14th, which will be updated on the progress of the discussions held in this regard with KKR.
