TIM Assogestioni funds nominate Paola Bruno for the BoD

(Finance) – Sgr and institutional investors propose Paola Bruno for the integration of the BoD of TIM, on the agenda of the next shareholders’ meeting, following the resignation of Arnaud de Puyfontaine. The nominated managers own more than 1.1% of the company’s common stock.

In detail – reads a note from the Management Committee – the name was proposed by Amundi Asset Management sgr, Anima sgr, Bancoposta Fondi sgr, Etica sgr, Eurizon Capital, Fideuram Asset Management, Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management sgr, Interfund Sicav, Kairos Partners sgr and Mediolanum Gestione Fondi sgr.

The list was compiled with the support of Heidrick & Struggles International, an external and independent advisor.

Born in 1967, Paola Bruno is a senior executive with thirty years of experience gained in London and Milan as an investment banker in major international merchant banks and as a top manager in Italian banking groups.
