TikTok made a statement today and announced that English and technology training will begin in Turkey through TikTokLIVEAcademy.
On this subject, TikTok Türkiye stated the following: “TikTok, which aims to strengthen both the education and career opportunities of young people, is now enriching its platform full of entertaining content with educational content. Lessons are starting in the fields of English, robotics, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and coding under the roof of #TikTokLIVEAcademy. The first of the trainings to be given on the @tiktoklive_tr account is about English. The lessons, which appeal to all levels from beginner to advanced and aim to improve the language skills of users, will especially make university students and young workers happy. This training, which will bring together those who want to catch education and career opportunities abroad, achieve academic success and talk to anyone they want without a language barrier, will also be able to open doors to new education and job opportunities. The most striking aspect of this training program launched by TikTok in the new education-training period, in which the Ministry of National Education (MEB) decided to popularize the foreign language education model, is that it has been prepared in accordance with the MEB curriculum.

English lessons, each of which will last 1.5 hours, will start on Wednesday, September 11 at 20:00. Other lessons will be on September 12, 13, 16, 17 and 18. The trainings are provided by the Meet2Talk platform, which carries out conversation club activities with native English speakers.
