You may soon be able to easily find the videos you have watched on TikTok. The platform is indeed testing the possibility of integrating a history of videos viewed, thus making it possible to find a video that caught your attention, but that you would not have liked.
This new functionality would take place directly in the application settings, within the Content and activity section. According to screenshots posted by the user behind the discovery, the history of video views would allow access to content viewed in the last seven days.
The probable arrival of a viewing history in TikTok would be excellent news for users of the platform, who have obviously been asking for such a feature for a while. There is already a method, unofficial, to be able to consult the history of videos viewed in the application. Discovered by a user a few weeks ago, this hack consists of entering an asterisk in the search field of the Discover tab, then activating the “Watched videos” filter. The results of this query thus provide access to all the videos viewed during the last seven days.
